This is charity worker visa known as Tier 5. One good thing about this is that No qualification or IELTS needed.

You are not allowed to take up paid job because you are on a charity visa but your dependant can work anywhere, you can study on this visa and also you can take up a second job in the same sector on the same level upto 20hrs per week. 

The visa is for a duration of 12 months but you cab extend it before expiration. 

Benefits, you can switch the visa if you are upto 18 months. You can apply for any job of your choice.
